Warner Place is a housing non-profit in London, Ontario, that seeks to ensure seniors have dignified housing within their local community. Warner Place aims to provide safe, high-quality housing for its senior tenants in the long term.
Warner Place seeks to cooperate and coordinate with various levels of government, including the City of London, and other non-profit housing organizations to provide affordable housing to seniors. Warner Place seeks out and heeds appropriate professional business advice.
Through its efforts, Warner Place meets or exceeds housing standards and adheres to good organizational practice guidelines. Beyond this, Warner Place seeks to learn from others in the affordable housing field and contribute its voice and efforts to the broader benefit of housing in London.
With residents and in partnership with the community, Warner Place continually seeks to provide its tenants a high quality of life.
